Let me tell you a little about my journey…

I have been cooking my style of wholesome, nutritious and authentic cuisine for the people of Birmingham for almost two decades. With the knowledge and experience gained over the years, by helping to run our family restaurant, I have come to understand the habits, tastes and dietary requirements of many of my customers. The move to a health conscious lifestyle but without compromising exquisite flavours and aromas has allowed me to focus my skills on what is good for the body as well as maintaining taste and quality.

Many people now want to limit or eliminate processed foods from their diet and to that end I concentrate on using fresh ingredients and preparing everything from scratch. As a massive lover of seafood, I have encouraged many customers to include a variety of seafood within their diet due to the health benefits offered as well as the many flavours and textures, only available from the freshest of seafoods.

Every fish and crustacean has its own individual taste and can be cooked using different methods: grilling, baking, poaching, steaming, smoking and pan frying are wonderful ways to enhance individual flavours and textures.

Seafood Cartel is my personal ode to the wonderful offerings from the ocean. I want to share my love of seafood with you and give you a taste of my personal favourites which I have perfected over the years.
